Lost and Damaged Parcels

Our non-tracked European international delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Damaged in Transit If you are claiming against an order you received that has been damaged in transit please notify us directly, via email. Provide us with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Failure to comply will result in the loss of or ineligibility for a refund or compensation claim.

Refunds and Returns Policy

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, Lisa Goronga Limited offers returns of any product(s) should you change your mind. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt and must be returned in the same condition in which the customer received it. Customers can claim a refund on their returned purchases or choose to exchange them for a different product. For returns made by customers outside the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be entitled to a refund of the full monetary value of the goods that are returned, at the price at which they were originally purchased.

We cannot refund or exchange: items that have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased; and electronic gift vouchers.

All items returned must be in the original condition that the customer received them in and must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Packaging includes ensuring that side labels are affixed in their original state, and unopened/unbroken, all tamper seals intact and boxes unopened. All returned goods will be inspected before refunds are issued to ensure an “as new” condition.

However, please note that items are your responsibility until they reach our office. It is important that you ensure that all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging, to prevent damage to the items or their packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.

As a precaution, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. This protects you against lost or damaged goods. We cannot refund shipping costs.

When returning items, please ensure that you include all of the following information:

b) Address (as provided on the original order)

c) Order Number

d) Reason for Return or Exchange
